Reports to: Head of Brand
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the Neighbourgood brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing the marketing efforts across multiple facets of our brand, including our hospitality offering, workspaces, experiences and food & beverage. From crafting compelling campaigns to cultivating brand partnerships, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive awareness, engage our target audience, and revenue generation for Neighbourgood’s growing portfolio. This role requires a self-starter and strategic thinker who is proactive and innovative, with a hands-on approach. The candidate should be passionate about leadership, driving results, and making an impact in a next-generation brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop annual marketing & communication plan with the Head of Brand.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each area of our hospitality brand, including accommodation, workspaces, experiences and food & beverage.
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to optimise reach and engagement.
Coordinate the brand and marketing team by delegating relevant projects.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and organisations to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes, informing future marketing efforts.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, utilising data-driven insights to iterate and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
Define success metrics, analyse campaign results and advise on adjustments.
Stay on top of current trends and best practices, industry developments, and innovations in hospitality marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Develop accurate marketing forecasts, and plan and allocate budget across Neighbourgood’s verticals to maximise overall budget.
Ensure accurate delivery against marketing budget targets, ensuring budget is spent as planned.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Head of Brand.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 5+ years experience in marketing and communications, ideally with startup, agency and paid media experience.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position, leading a team.
A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
Proven track record and experience in marketing, particularly in planning and managing projects, and developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Experience in all aspects of marketing, including paid and organic campaigns, SEO, social media, email marketing, lead generation, influencer marketing, etc.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Creativity and innovation, with the ability to develop fresh and relevant marketing campaigns and stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
Attention to detail, the ability to multitask and highly organised.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools and web analytics platforms.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
