OUR PROCESS

Please note that a typical timeline takes approximately 9 weeks, assuming no renovation is required.

STEP 1

STEP 4

Finalise the budget and renovation costs, and sign the management agreement.


STEP 2

We will send you an income and expense budget, including estimated furnishing costs. If a renovation is required, this will be done following the next step.


STEP 5

Insert your contact details and property Onboarding of your property: photography, creation of listings, loading onto direct website and booking portals.

STEP 3

We will set up and conduct a property site inspection.

STEP 6

Welcome our first guests and tenants.
