Located in the East City Precinct, each of our furnished private rooms (with en-suite bathrooms) are perfectly suited for the modern day business traveller. With access to various communal spaces and a short distance from our Bree Street Co-Working Space, our guests are able to access the desired functional spaces without forgoing our signature sense of community that lies at the heart of what we do.
Neighbourgood Newlands
Neighbourgood Newlands offers a unique living and working experience, in the upmarket suburb of Newlands. Discover the green suburbs of Cape Town with a trip to Newlands Forest or a walk-up Table Mountain. Each room is suited with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV, work desk, a tea and coffee station and free fast fibre Wi-Fi is available.
With an on-site restaurant and café, a wellness studio, a pool, a common lounge, kitchen and co-working area, our spaces are purposefully designed for the modern business traveller.
